Undergraduate Program
Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)
A professional 5-year undergraduate degree accredited to produce licensed architects. The program emphasizes design studios, history & theory, building technology, environmental systems, urban design, and digital fabrication.

Faculty Spotlight
Zenat Islam
Zenat Islam is the Acting Head of the Department of Architecture, World University of Bangladesh. She is an academician, researcher and practicing architect of Bangladesh. She obtained her Bachelor of Architecture from Khulna University and Masters in Disaster Management from the Faculty of Environment and Geography at The University of Dhaka. Besides teaching and research, she is working with several housing projects. Her research interest focusses on Sustainable Architecture, Building Regulations, Disaster and Resilience in Architecture, Climate change, Urban and Rural Housing and Gender Equality. She has a range of national and international publications on Sustainable Urban Regeneration, Disaster Risk for inaptness of Building Laws, Water Logging, Gender Dimensions on Disaster, Urban Informality, Sustainable Building Materials on Changing Climate, and Sense of belongingness in Urban Housing.
