Short Biography:

Labanya Prova Biswas is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Architecture at World University of Bangladesh. She holds both a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Khulna University. Her academic journey has been marked by consistent excellence, earning multiple merit scholarships from Khulna University, as well as the NST Fellowship during her Master’s study. She has participated in national and international design competitions, contributed to various academic workshops, and volunteered for community outreach and professional events such as the IAB Golden Jubilee. Labanya has a keen interest in photography, sketching, and creative expression, reflected in her extracurricular involvement and thesis topics. Her research focuses on well-being in workspaces, particularly the impact of greenery and interior views. She is proficient in a range of architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Photoshop.
